Caprice Crane is an American novelist, musician, screenwriter and television writer/producer. Caprice Crane’s first novel was Stupid & Contagious (2006), her second was Forget About It (2007), which is being made into a major motion picture at Disney starring Scarlett Johansson. Both her first and second books won Romantic Times Reader’s Choice Awards, two years in a row, for the years best Mainstream and Chick Lit novels.Her third novel, Family Affair was released in October 2009 and her fourth novel will be published in 2011 by Bantam Books/Random House. Caprice Crane is also currently a staff writer for both CW’s TV shows 90210 and Melrose Place.
